No workout :(
I simply can not do it today I woke up in so much pain in my arms and legs I need that day break I will push myself to do today's workout in the morning and I will make it up Saturday after I run my errands. And start on the actual workout schedule on Monday then I'll be on track. I'm coughing a lot today and I'm extremely exhausted and will be napping later after lunch.
