finally!

ok so got the tv fixed then battled a cold and now when its time to start my routine again aunt flow comes and is keeping me down did a workout monday and i felt like i was dying once again i had to start over on my three week conditioning on the wii ea sports active 2. havent been able to find a graph to show progress but im still working on it and my heart rate was higher than ever before after i had to restart bad sign and it made me sweat so bad it took forever to feel normal again. my husband just started on his wii ea sports active 2 nfl version and loves it same set up but for men and in a nfl type set up he chosse to have andre johnson be his trainer and be part of the houston texans go baby lol his heart rate never reached my max so i have a jealous bone lol now its more of who can get in shape first were loving the challenge hoping to post more progress soon. still coughing really bad and tired from my cold but i see im getting better and im still doing ensure once a day clinical is so much better than muscle taste better too. honestly think between the working out and the ensure is the only reason my cold didnt make me go into the hospital but it will take more than that to make me believe its helping me. remember to LIVE, LAUGH, LOVE, BREATHE.

ok... wow.

ok so i text to my blog and it never showed up here i did do my friday workout and it was very easy didnt even work a sweat. but today i was unable had alot to do with family and didnt exercise at all and when we woke up we found our big tv dead so now we have to find the money to go buy a new tv for me to be able to workout on and to be able to watch all our shows this isnt going to be fun i hate to spend money much less a lot of it but we need it so now time to look up the good deals and hope we can get some hours in and our taxes come through its like when i try to get ahead even when preparing for the other shoe to drop something always seems to want to mess it up again but i got a secret weapon this time weve been looking into new tvs for about 4 months now so we know what we want average price and looking at bundle deals to get the most for our money so i expect by march we should have it going again ive got to try and see if i can do this on our small tv for the bedroom if theres room. looks like i need to kiss up to the hubby to see what he can come up with till were able to do what we need. ill keep blogging our progress on this pothole in my road to success till then, LIVE, LAUGH, LOVE, BREATHE.

No workout :(
I simply can not do it today I woke up in so much pain in my arms and legs I need that day break I will push myself to do today's workout in the morning and I will make it up Saturday after I run my errands. And start on the actual workout schedule on Monday then I'll be on track. I'm coughing a lot today and I'm extremely exhausted and will be napping later after lunch.

2nd workout

ok so i finished my second workout wow my legs are hurting worse. yes its supposed to be a rest day but i was lazy and started on a bad time schedule so i made up my time today and will workout 4 straight days this week. my wii ea active sport 2 is having online issues so as soon as it updates i will post my progress. as for my so called diet i had tyson anytizers with a dr pepper and took my pills ie: azithromycin and allegra. then i had ensure chocolate for muscles with half 2% milk. i just empty the bottle in a glass and fill the bottle with milk and empty and stir it helps to get any of the excess ensure out so i dont miss a drop. then i stir it reall good so it thins it out and drink with a straw seems to make it go down faster lol. i am coughing more today and my mucus is thinner and seeming more productive think this is a good sign lol. but a down side i have a headache after my workout like an annoyunce when i cough think im having a lack of oxygen so i need to work on breathing better while working out. today my husband was at his electrical classes so he wasnt here to hold my hand and get me through i was surprised that i did it all by myself without falling on my ass and i finished the workout. (claps hands) yay! lol. oh and i used the ea sports active 2 bundle kit today with the meduim reastance band and the 2 1lb arms/leg weights i put them on my arms i want to build those muscles first.  the link i show here isnt the same one i use but its the same kind looks like a newer model to the one i got. same stuff in it just newer package and more put together mine came from best buy with a mat on sale at the time for 20.00. id shop around to see what other people have to make sure you find what works for you i have animals so i wanted the mat for my own space. now time for a hot bath to sooth my muscles hubby bought epsom salt to help with this process so ill stop whining as much lol. again ill post my results as soon as ea sports active online is up and running.

The morning after
This morning I woke up and it felt like my legs were ran over by a Mac truck. But I am coughing a little bit more so I guess feel the burn! Lol. I've got things to do around the house today and it all counts as a workout so I'm going to go get those things done and then on to the EA sports active 2. Blog ya later.

First Workout

ok so i got the shoes to run in to help support my knees on our floor and to later transition into a full run not just for my wii game, ea sports active 2. i set up the game on easy to start with since i have no muscle and have a resting heart rate of 90 and goes up to 140 when i cough dont know if thats normal but its scary for me. i did 19 minutes burned 54 calories and ran a total of 0.06 miles the whole workout my average heart rate was 113 and i went all the way up to 160 when i peaked at my workout. i felt like i was dying and my body was jello. my head hurt and i was very dizzy even with a proper cool down. i will have to find a graph thing to add to show my progress at a later date. this is going to be a lot harder than i thought. i feel as if i went through a marathon. they say the hardest part is getting started and keeping with it so im determined to stick with it. also i started easy on a 3 week conditioning and strength training program and choose to have a personal trainer on the game. i had to have my husband standing behind me and help me to learn the moves and to make sure i didnt fall on my ass lol. and as it got harder and more intense i wanted to stop and the guy on the game was pissing me off with saying great job everytime knowing i wasnt doing great so my husband stepped into the trainer roll and encourged me to keep it up this is for my life not a phase not a game ive got to keep it up. if i want to live longer be a mom and see them walk across a stage get married and live pass their 5th birthday ive got to keep it up.
